  • During festive seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, promotions, or minimum order values.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Vlookup Atelier shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:
