At Vlookup Atelier, every garment is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or color variation due to screen display settings.
No Return Policy
All purchases made through Vlookup Atelier are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We request customers to inspect their order upon delivery.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
If your claim is approved after inspection, we may offer one of the following at our sole discretion:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
